She was six years old, dressed in a reindeer costume, and somehow managed to light up the entire room without trying. When I approached her mother, it wasn’t with a plan—just a feeling that this child held something rare. What followed was not a single photo session, but a shared journey that unfolded over many years. Brydon returned again and again, growing not just in age, but in grace, awareness, and depth. Each session was shaped with care—her mother and I collaborating on wardrobe, setting, and mood—always with the same intention: to preserve something fleeting without ever forcing it.
