We considered several different crops, and sizes, and eventually settled on a 12×16″ vertical pose similar to the black and white photo. This stunning german shepherd, “Athena”, passed away, but was so loved by the family that they wanted a memorial portrait painting that would accurately capture this beautiful pet’s soul, and keep the wonderful memory alive forever.
